1. Return and Refund Policy

Venora follows a strict No Return, No Refund policy to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards for all our customers.

  • All Sales are Final: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different size or color.

  • Size Confirmation: We strongly advise customers to check our size chart before purchasing.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us at supandeb08@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. Replacements are subject to approval by our team.
