Thank you for choosing Venora. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Venora is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Venora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. (Note: As per our Refund Policy, keep an unboxing video to assist us in verifying the condition of the items).
