1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information

Venora is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Venora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. (Note: As per our Refund Policy, keep an unboxing video to assist us in verifying the condition of the items).
