We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart and product images thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged or completely different item from what you ordered, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video and photos of the package as it arrived.

  • Decisions regarding replacements are at the sole discretion of our team after reviewing the evidence.
